Strength Training

  • Both/And is an online weightlifting program made to fit into busy schedules. It will teach you everything you need to know and help you show up to the gym confident and with a plan. It’s two days of lifting and one day of mobility each week, designed with specific focuses in each season and strength gains every single week. You get access to me for any feedback, questions, or tips, and videos and descriptions for every exercise.

Individualized Running Coaching

1:1 Coaching Consultation - $40 power hour

  • A 40 min call to discuss training approaches, how to best fit things in during your current season of life, upcoming race strategy, etc.

  • You’ll leave the call with a plan! Message here if interested

1:1 Running plans - $120 a month (negotiable)

  • Monthly plans created for your specific goals and training season (no matter what that entails)

  • Monthly calls to discuss approach and adapt the plan

  • An ally and accountability buddy in whatever you’re working toward
