Ariana (she/her), or Ari, is a strategic designer, facilitator, and optimist. She collaborates and develops capacities for more just, sustainable, relational futures. She builds supportive team ecologies and works with visionary organizations to create clearer, more ambitious strategies for making different worlds possible. You can find her teaching design, coaching athletes, running outside, or lifting heavy things in Brooklyn and sometimes elsewhere. She is one of the organisms at Superorganism, a design and innovation collective and holds a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University.
